The Star Enclave is located on the main Chakri road, located in the Rawalpindi Region of Islamabad. It is located near the new Islamabad International Airport, which makes it a 15 minutes’ drive from the Airport. It is only 3 km away from Rawalpindi Ring Road.

Pre-launch bookings of residential plots have already started with initial prices and 3 years installments plans through easy monthly and semi-annual installments. Residential plots are limited in number in the pre-launching phase. The project prices will be revised soon after the launching ceremony of the housing society.

- There are additional charges which apply to the booking of category plots, for example, plot on the corner, park facing, and main road.
- Extra charges for corner plot are10%
- Extra charges for main road plot are 10%
- Extra charges for park facing plot are 10%
- Extra charges corner + main road plot are 15%
- You can also select plot numbers on the map of the housing society with a 30% upfront payment, which includes cause of booking + confirmation + allocation. They must be payable at the time of booking.
- Development charges are not included in the given cost.
How to book a plot?
Interested clients can easily book a plot in this residential project. Right now, plots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The procedure is simple and can easily be done by a layman. You just need to go along with the provided process to book a plot:
1. First, download the booking form from the main website of the society
2. Fill all the necessary details given in the form.
3. Deposit a pay order, cash, or demand draft in favor of “Green Land Developers.”
4. Attach required documents.
5. Lastly, submit your booking form and all the required documents along with pay order in the office of Green Land Developers.
